Magnetic Drawing Board. We've taken this little gem to restaurants, on car rides, airplane trips and hotel stays. It's a no-mess, no battery, no setup type of gadget that will keep your little one entertained.
Doodle Board. This is another great drawing board for those kiddos that enjoy scribbling or drawing. No need to pack markers and crayons, this lightweight board comes with an attachable stylus that allows your child to create colorful artwork. A press of the bottom button clears the screen for a new creation. Hot tip: you can take a photo of your child's completed art before they clear it if they desire to hang onto it forever!
Poke-a-Dot: Old MacDonald's Farm Book. It is so fun and satisfying to push the buttons and hear the popping sounds throughout this book. Don't forget to share in the fun with your toddler!
Melissa & Doug Wow Water Books. Fill the little tool with tap water and off they go! Both of our kids enjoyed these books and it allowed us to get in conversation at the restaurant while they immersed themselves in a mess-free art project!
LeapFrog Count Along Cash Register.
This little register survived many falls and entertained my kids very well. It is a toy that has been a constant through moves and purges. The sound effects and easy operation made this great for self-play
.
Peppa Pig Clubhouse Playset. Our toddler loves pushing the characters down the slide and hitting the button to hear the sound effects. What we really love about this set is the easy setup and cleanup. Most pieces transform to a different look just by flipping it over. For example, a wall piece that depicts a bakery on one side and a store on the other. The pieces are large enough to prevent swallowing and easy for little hands to grasp.
Bath Time Farm Animal Bucket. 12 colorful farm animals that fit within an easy-carry bucket. Great to take along on trips or to store in your bathroom for your little one's bath time.
V-tech Drum set. This sweet little set has 3 pads, a cymbal and two plastic drumsticks. It has numerous settings, one of which is a great volume control so your little one can jam out without hurting your ears!
Kitchen sink with working faucet and color-changing dishes. Our 2 yr old plays with this on the daily. The faucet stopped working after 4 weeks of non-stop play but we were so happy with the level of customer service in making things right. They sent a new faucet and we've had no issues since. She absolutely loves this set and can easily spend at least 30 minutes at a time on her own.
Animal Paper Plate Craft Kit. They'll feel like a big kid with this awesome craft kit that comes with everything your toddler needs to make 12 different animals by pasting pieces on the paper plate without using scissors.
Geo Safari Talking Microscope Featuring Bindi Irwin. We introduced this to our eldest at age 3 and she fell in love with it. It took her a hot minute to learn how to load the slides, so plan on this being a group activity to help your little one operate. It's fun to use and a great learning activity.
Teddy Mix & Match Card Game. These cards are so well made and hold up well with rough play and spills. Both of my kids were able to grip easily for flipping over and especially loved the variety of teddy characters.
Cootie Bug Building Game. This is a great mix and match game where not only do kids have fun building their bug, they learn colors and work on dexterity. Our family enjoys this one for our game nights!
Don't Break the Ice Game. Our kiddos loved using the mallet to hit the cubes! This one brought many laughs and squeals!
Ants in the Pants Game. Your little one will need help at first, but once they get the hang of it prepare for blast off! This is another one of our favorite game night activities where all ages can join in.
